Recently, the first fire investigation and news propaganda post combat contest in Jiangsu province was held in Xuzhou. 130 contestants from 13 teams in the province took the fire field as the battlefield to stage skills competition.




Fire investigation competition consists of 6 subjects: investigation and inquiry, electronic data extraction, recovery, analysis and video analysis, on-site photography, on-site video, on-site drawing, on-site modeling, all completed by the registered participants independently.
 

Fire investigation group play truly simulate the rental housing, shops, Internet cafes and other places of 13 kinds of fire scene, each team site access to the respective area after the draw, each contestant work according to the division of labor, respectively, and then through the variety of witness and material evidence at the scene of the clues, the integrated use of modern means of science and technology of suspicious data analysis and investigation, Eliminate the interference factors, so as to announce the cause of the fire within a specified time.
 


Field modeling mainly investigates the modeling methods and presentation effects. Digital means should be used to complete the recording and three-dimensional presentation of both inside and outside the fire site. The Lianyungang Fire Detachment adopted FARO FocusS 3D laser scanner of our company for on-site modeling. After fierce competition, Lianyungang Detachment won the first place in the field modeling subject of fire investigation post in the province.
 


In the traditional fire information system, most of the maps used are image and vector maps. However, firefighters can not see the indoor and underground conditions directly through these, which brings great challenges to the information work of indoor fire rescue and underground rescue. Nowadays, with the development of 3D technology, fire fighting has realized the restoration of indoor, outdoor and underground scenes, making fire rescue command more accurate, efficient and intelligent.
 
With the help of method such as FARO 3D scanner, the building structure, fixed fire facilities, key parts, personnel equipment and other information are collected to build a 3D perspective. Through the 3D modeling, we can feel the three-dimensional visual effect of the real plan and the comprehensive and intuitive deduction program. Accurate geographic data provide reliable data support for fire fighting and rescue work, so as to make timely response and disposal when sudden fire events occur.
